How much does it cost?
Every property is different, so we quote each project individually. Send us the address or house name and what you need, or use the Project Planner, and we'll reply with a quote.
How do I hold a date?
A 50% deposit reserves your shoot date. The balance is due on delivery.
Do you travel outside Cabo?
Yes. We work across Los Cabos, Todos Santos, the East Cape, La Ribera and La Paz, and in Bozeman and Big Sky, Montana. Any travel is included in your quote.
Do you work in Montana?
Yes. Bella is from Bozeman, and we film listings across Southwest Montana, from Bozeman to Big Sky.
Do you work with developers?
Yes. Pre-construction is a specialty. We film the lot, trace the property outline and turn renders into video.
How long is a quote valid?
Seven days.
The shoot
How far ahead should I book?
About a week ahead is ideal. Tell us if it's urgent and we'll do our best to fit you in.
How long does a shoot take?
Most listings are shot in a single day. Large estates and developments can take longer.
How should the property be prepared?
Clean and staged, lights working, personal items put away, pool and terraces ready. We'll send a short checklist when you book.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If wind or cloud would compromise the drone or the light, we reschedule at no charge.
Can the agent appear on camera?
Yes. Agent-on-camera is an add-on to any listing film.
Delivery & rights
How fast do I get the files?
Usually within 3–5 days of the shoot.
Are revisions included?
One round is included. After that, revisions are billed separately.
What formats do I receive?
Horizontal films for MLS and your website, plus vertical cuts for Instagram when you order reels. Photos come ready for web and print.
Is the music licensed?
Usually, yes. We score our films with licensed music, but some clients choose their own track, and in that case the licensing depends on what they pick.
Can I use the content anywhere?
You can use the files to market the property on MLS, your website, social media and in print. Forta may show the work in its portfolio.
Websites
Do you build websites?
Yes. We design and build custom websites for agents, developers and hospitality brands, including listing feeds for real estate. Each one is quoted individually. Request a quote.
