Our story.
Forta Luxury was founded by David Flores and Bella Wanderer. David runs the camera side. Bella, a Bozeman native, runs strategy and builds the websites. We split our time between Cabo San Lucas and Montana, and our work does too.
At this price point, buyers decide from a screen long before they visit. In 2026 we filmed 108 properties worth $307 million, in nearly every top community in Cabo and at Spanish Peaks in Montana.
One villa in Pedregal needs a slow film at sunset. A development that's still a lot needs drone footage with the property traced in. We build each project around what the property has to prove.
